Return and Exchange Policy

We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below.

1. General Return Policy

We accept returns on goods purchased directly from us.

  • Eligibility Window: You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item(s).

  • Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, all returned items must be in the same condition that you received them—unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange unless your item is defective. (Or just stop by the shop!)

2. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges of unused goods.

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only offered for items that are unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Process: If you need to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please contact us first at fresheats@shakataconc.com to confirm availability. We will provide instructions on how to send the original item back.

  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange unless your item is defective. (Or just stop by the shop!)

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
